CONVENTION REGISTRATION

Convention registrations are now being accepted.  Please note that registration fees will increase $100 after October 7.  Cancellations through October 7 will receive a full refund and after October 7 will be assessed a $100 service charge.  No refunds on cancellations after October 31.

SPONSORSHIPS (Closed)

ASBI has established three sponsorship levels providing various opportunities.  The Sponsorship Agreement Form is now available and provides further detail.


CONVENTION PROGRAM ADVERTISING (Closed)

The Convention Program Advertising order form is now available with an advertising deadline of September 2.  The form provides information on specs and digital submission.


HOTEL RESERVATIONS

There are only a few rooms left -- book before the ASBI block is sold out.

The Westin Long Beach is now accepting reservations or you may call 888-627-8403 and reserve under the ASBI block.  All rooms will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis and once the block has been filled, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing hotel rate (no exceptions).  Reservations must be received by October 14, 2016, and ASBI does not guarantee room availability on this date.

PLEASE NOTE: ASBI DID NOT authorize a hotel staffing company to book reservations for the Convention.  DO NOT book your reservations through this unsolicited phone call.


EXHIBITORS

The Exhibitor Reservation Form is now available with each 10 x 10 booth receiving 2 complimentary Convention registrations. ASBI Organizational Members will receive priority placement.  Once all exhibit space is reserved, remaining registrations will be placed on a wait list.  Please check the updated floorplan showing booth space available.

TotalExpo, Inc. has been selected as the official general service contractor and the Exhibitor Kit is now available.  Below are instructions to order on TotalExpo, Inc.’s online marketplace, which provides an easy way for you to order all of your show services.

Monday, October 24th by 4:30 p.m., discounted price deadline. Orders placed after this date will be processed at the regular rates.

  • Monday, October 31st by 4:30 p.m. Last day for online ordering. After this date orders can be emailed to orders@totalexpo.com or faxed to 310-320-4265.
  • Advance Warehouse: Shipments going to the advance warehouse will be received Monday, October 3rd through Thursday, November 3rd, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • Direct to Show-Site: Please note that no shipments will be received at show site due to lack of access. All shipments MUST be shipped to the advance warehouse.
  • Outbound Shipping: Please note that there will be no outbound shipping from show site due to lack of access. Shipments will be brought back to the TotalExpo warehouse and will be available for pick up by your carrier in the following business days. Please be sure to fill out a Bill of Lading during the move out for all shipments. This form can be obtained at the on-site service desk.

For New Exhibitors

  1. Click here to access TotalExpo’s online marketplace or go to www.totalexpo.com and select “Online Ordering”.
  2. Enter The American Segmental Bridge Institute (ASBI) 28th Annual Conference show code C62BH8.
  3. Enter the email address that should be associated with your account.
  4. Choose a password for your account.
  5. Enter your name.
  6. If you’re a third party company ordering for one or more exhibitors be sure to check Third-Party Ordering.
  7. Click on Create Account.
  8. You’ll be taken to the My Events page. Click on your event.
  9. On the next page click +Start New Order to begin your ordering process. If you have not already entered in your contact information you will be prompted to do so before you can add items to your order.

For Returning Exhibitors

  1. Click here to access TotalExpo’s online marketplace or go to www.totalexpo.com and select “Online Ordering”.
  2. Enter the email address and password associated with your account and click Login.
  3. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password to have a recovery code emailed to you. With this code you can reset your password.

To Add a New Event to Your Current Account

  1. Click here to access TotalExpo’s online marketplace or go to www.totalexpo.com and select “Online Ordering”.
  2. Log in using the email address and password associated with your account.
  3. You will be taken to the My Events page. Here you will see your previous event’s listed.
  4. Click the link +Join Event listed on the right of My Events.
  5. On the next page enter in your new show code C62BH8 and click next.
  6. Enter in the requested exhibitor contact information and click save.
  7. You can begin ordering for your new event right away.

Please Note: Only one account is needed per booth. Please do not create multiple accounts for the same booth or enter the exhibiting company name multiple times.
